Payment Options:
1. Full Payment – Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa, or Mastercard.
2. *Post Dated Cheques – Divide total by 4 - dated August 15th, September 15th, October 15th and November 15th.
3. *Post Dated Cheques – Divide total by 10 - dated August 15th, September 15th, October 15th, November 15th, December 15th, January 15th, February 15th, March 15th, April 15th, and May 15th.
* If you are looking to pay via post-dated option a 3% convenience fee will be charged.
League Application forms MUST be completed and submitted with Club Membership Application.
