It is important to note that the first Vice Chair of the WCC Ladies Executive (not the Games Committee) is the owner of the document. Any changes members would like to propose would have to be submitted in writing to the Ladies Executive who will in turn assess the proposal and determine the requirement to present the proposed change(s) to the membership for a vote. A copy of the Rules is posted in the Ladies Locker Room to help members resolve any disputes that may occur during a game. In addition, a copy of the OCA Rules is also available from the club office at all times. If you have a question about a ruling, during a game, you should avail yourself of the resources at hand, including the posted rules, the OCA rulebook and your fellow competitors who would include OCA reps, experienced skips, club manager/ice maker etc. “ |
