2023-2024 Curling Season
Individuals, Unlimited Curling* - The unlimited curling membership allows you to sign up for as many leagues for which you qualify by age and gender.
Fee = $685.00 up to September 15th, $735.00 after September 15th. Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
Individuals, One League* - This membership type is for curlers wanting to play in only one league. These members can also spare in any other league for which they qualify by age and gender.
Fee = $555.00 up to September 15th, $605.00 after September 15th. Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
Couples, Unlimited Curling, (per person)* - The Whitby Curling Club recognizes a couple as two people in a romantic relationship. There is a reduced fee if you sign up as a couple with a significant other. The couples’ membership prices are still applicable if one half of the couple is registering for the "one league" couples membership and the other is signing up for the "unlimited curling" couples membership. There are no stipulations that you have to curl together in any league.
Fee = $650.00 up to September 15th, $700.00 after September 15th. Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.

Seniors, Unlimited Curling* (born 1958 or earlier) - For curlers who are 65 years of age and older, this membership allows you to curl in as many leagues as you want. This includes daytime and evening leagues. If you are only curling daytime, please see “Day Curlers” membership option.
Fee = $570.00 up to September 15th, $620.00 after September 15th. Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
Day Curler* (curl 9:00 am to 3:00 pm) - Day Curlers membership is for anyone who will only be curling during our daytime leagues. Your Day Curling membership allows you to participate in any or all of the day time leagues: Day Ladies, Senior Men (age 50+), Senior Men’s Interclub (age 50+), Senior Men’s Friday Competitive (age 50+) and Senior Mixed.
Fee = $510.00 up to September 15th, $560.00 after September 15th. Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
Snowbird Rate - Day Ladies & Senior Men's (2 Draw Only) - Specifically for women daytime curlers (aka, Day Ladies) and senior men daytime curlers (aka, Senior Men's League). If you know you will be missing one entire draw, for any reason, you can take advantage of this discounted rate.
Fee = $375.00 Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
Sunday Ladies Team Entry - There is a discounted membership if you’re just signing up for this league. The Sunday Team Entry group doesn’t play every Sunday but are still required to pay the OCA and Capital Fund fee and are therefore considered full members.
Fee = $335.00 Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
Novice League - Sundays (for curlers with less than 3 years experience) - Novice is a discounted league to encourage new curlers to join the Whitby Curling Club.
Novice Year 1 Fee* = $280.00 Includes taxes, OCA Fees, Capital Fund Fee and New Member Discount.
Novice Year 2 Fee = $380.00 Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
Novice Year 3 Fee = $555.00 Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
Intermediate* (under 29 years old as of December 31, 2023) - This membership is for those who are 29 years of age or younger and want to sign up for multiple leagues.
Fee = $535.00 up to September 15th, $585.00 after September 15th. Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
Full Time Student (with proof of school registrations) - Unlimited curling membership with proof of school registration.
Fee = $290.00 Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
U18 and U21 (13 - 20 years old as of December 31, 2023) - This membership is for those curlers who are 13-21 years of age who wish to participate in the Recreational and / or Competitive leagues. Curlers this age who also want to participate in the adult leagues must upgrade their membership (either Full-Time Student, or an unlimited membership).
U18/U21 Recreational League OR Team Entry League - Fee = $150.00 Includes taxes and OCA Fees.
U18/U21 Recreational League AND Team Entry League - Fee = $225.00 Includes taxes and OCA Fees
U12 (Formerly Little Rock) (8 - 12 years of age as of December 31, 2023) - U12 are aged 8-12 years of age and is a fully instructional league.
8 Week Program Fee = $95.00 Includes taxes.
Spare (New for 2023-2024) - An ideal membership for busy individuals who cannot commit to a formal curling schedule. This membership provides an unlimited opportunity to spare in multiple day time and evening leagues.
Fee = $350.00 Includes taxes, OCA Fees and Capital Fund Fee.
Social - Social Members are those who are not able to curl for the season but want to remain as members of the club. Social Members can enjoy the WCC Bar, participate in all of the non-curling events, e.g., 50/50 and other fundraisers, and continue to be on the club distribution list. Social Members are also allowed to spare a total of 3 times throughout the season.
Fee = $130.00 Includes taxes.
* Registrants who are new members to the club (not having held a membership with curling privileges in the last two years) are eligible for a $100.00 new member discount if you sign up for any of the membership types with a (*).
A late fee of $50.00 will apply to any registrations occurring after September 15th, 2023. Fees will be pro-rated accordingly but registration is subject to availability.
