On December 1, 2016, the Senior Men enjoyed a "Mini spiel" special event with prizes and lunch upstairs in the Dining Room. The first place winners, as shown in the photo below, were: Roland Mackey, Julius Zilinski, Wally McBride and Bob Ellis. The second place team was: Bill Fitzpatrick, Jim Black, Don Fletcher and Bob Weckman. The third place team was: Doug Pascoe, Gary McConnell, Steve Booth and Dave James. Congratulations to the winners.
On November 17, 2016, Team Leung and WestJet selected the winners for its special raffle. The two round trip tickets goes to Tom Rolfe and the carbon fibre broom goes to Dave Humphries. On November 10th, the Senior Men enjoyed our popular "Fill the House" bonspiel followed by a hot lunch in the dining room.
The first place team was Keith Howard, Doug Sauer, Dave Parks and Bob Leczel.
The second place team was Paul Barnett, Eric Jones, Don Fletcher and Julius Zilinski.
The third place team was Bob Ellis, Dave Wake, Dave Trimble and Roy Mingay.

The 2016 "A" Division winners of the Senior Men's Friday Competitive League, as shown in the photo below, are: Bruce Pizzolato, Stephen Smith, Randy Chew and Ron Cameron.
On April 21, 2016, the Senior Men finalized their four day Closing Bonspiel event. The winners, as shown in the photo below, were Doug McNabb, Ray O'Toole, John Gale and Raymond Gorecki with 54.5 points. The 2nd place team was Bill Newman, Ted Stillar, Don Fletcher/Tom Munt and Rick Hibberd also with 54.5 points. The tie was broken by means of a cut of the cards.
On April 7, 2016, the Senior Men enjoyed a "Skins" game and the winners were, as shown in the photo below, George Reddick, Bert Goodfellow, Tom Steen and Rick Van Dusen. In 2nd place were: Gary McConnell, John Gale, Don Fletcher and Rick Winkley. In 3rd place were: Blair McKague, Dave Taylor, Peter Watson and Ron Irwin. Everyone had a hot lunch in the dining room and a chance for a number of prizes.
